Digital agency · Historical experience

Keiss Media

Client work and agency leadership.

I managed special digital projects to campaign deadlines: client requirements, estimates, budgets, contractors and delivery. The agency delivered mobile, web, social and interactive work. As CEO, I was also responsible for its team, operations, profitability and commitments to clients.

Project context

Agency work included KFC directly, and McDonald’s and Danone through agency partners. Designers, developers and production specialists delivered their parts; client and company responsibilities were in my remit.

Agency advisory

Service offers and business decisions.

For more than a year, I have worked regularly with the founder of a full-cycle AI transformation agency. We review service offers, client requests, responsibilities, delivery capacity and business decisions. My work is advisory to the agency.

Deva / Wellbe: digital-health research and operations, 2021

Deva, later Wellbe, was a digital-health startup offering lifestyle assessment and personal coaching. When the business was considering expansion, I researched customers in the CIS and the US and recommended adapting the product and sales approach first. I revised the assessment and first-consultation format. Later responsibilities included consultations, feedback, CRM, mentor capacity, documents and development tasks.
