Advisory to founders and executives on business and product decisions. Client assignments cover requirements, scope, stakeholder expectations, execution, review and handover. The practice began in 2020; API Person is its current brand.

Sales, business analysis and development of the commercial offer: client needs, requirements, scope, proposals, estimates and delivery commitments. Account management and project coordination where agreed; the team provides software development expertise.

Depending on the assignment, I also handled account management, project delivery and selected product tasks. Responsibilities expanded to strategy and growth in September 2025.
